用途：1、 在酶切反应缓冲液中加入BSA，通过提高溶液中蛋白质的浓度，对酶起保护作用。防止酶的分解和非特异性吸附，能减轻有些酶的变性，减轻不利环境因素如加热，表面张力及化学因素引起的变性的。

2 、ELISA中也常常用到，比如封闭液，样本稀释液，酶结合物稀释液都可以用BSA。

3、生化研究，遗传工程和药物研究
